Hey, the redesign looks great. Love the layout, navigation is easy to follow and very user friendly.

One thing I noticed is that the detail pages are very different from the home page. Is this still a WIP? If so, good start so far. If not, I would definitely recommend having an overall theme for the site so all the pages have the same or similar look and feel.

Ok, you’ve convinced me. I think I’ll give the first book a read. I really like fantasty. I Read a lot of forgotten realms. From what I’ve heard Sword of Truth is very descriptive in the writing and character development is incredible, which is what I look for in a book.

Thanks for this very in depth review. I didn’t go too far into the spoilers since I plan on reading.

I haven’t read any of the books but I’ve heard they are great. Hopefully they aren’t a prereq for watching this show because I definitely want to watch this.

I wish someone would do Forgotten Realms, the Dark Elf stories as a series as well:)

This has the potential to be awesome, but I am so TIRED of overly-pretty actors and actresses (remember the series Beast Master?). I will definitely catch the premier of this though. Can’t believe I hadn’t heard about this before!

I did picture Richard a little “beefier” and the confessor’s dress a lot different then what the previews were showing, but as long as the story is kept pretty close to what the books are I’m watching!

I dunno… the actors are just so much younger than I pictured Richard and Kahlan being from the books. I love the entire series, but the show looks like Hercules & Xena vs LotR.
