Please take some time to check out the random webcomic of the current page load! PLEASE BE AWARE OF HEAVY CONSTRUCTION!
It's mildly amusing, however sometimes the humor seems a little forced. Having a webcomic based off yourself can be a tough thing to tackle because it's hard to create a comic that others would want to read because it's difficult to make an actual cohesive story that's interesting instead of "OMG look at our zany antics, lol!". This one isn't as bad as some comics I've seen, however one thing it suffers from lack of character development. It does a good job introducing the characters, mind you, however lacks establishing why we should care by sort of assuming the reader knows these characters already. The art isn't bad. It's pretty amusing in appropriate parts. EDIT: I should specify that I was reading "Toast", there's several different comics rolled into one site. I was mildly confused when I was going through the comics int he site. :/ On the whole, it's okay. Seen better, seen worse. It's not quite enough to keep me reading though.
Mis-Adventures - http://www.lazybonescomics.com/mis-adv.php
DescriptionThe random adventures and events surrounding a young mercenary and his friends. Humor, Adventure, and fan service follow them as they travel the world seeing everything from the mundane to the super natural. The old mantra of boobs, bullets, and booze is followed, but with a mix of Amerimanga oddness. Tagshumor Related Webcomics |
