I'll start by admitting that I'm a big nerd (surprise!). So a comic about an 18th century chess-playing automaton is right up my alley. The story is appealing and well-paced. The art is well-done and very suitable for the period and the type of story. Hats off to Jane Irwin for the outstanding work.
