On Writing: Sister Claire is a very well written webcomic. It's fun with very good pacing and characters that convey their own voice quite well. You get the details of what's going on, but they don't bog you down with the specifics and the story flows on to take you for the ride with it. The writing style is a little slapstick and sometimes crude, but it lends well to the feel of it all.
On Art: The artwork is cute and fits the humor of the comic well. Vibrant colors and thick lines make the webcomic cartoony, but still well details and attractive. Claire herself has some fantastic expressions and the emotions can really shine through easily.
On Website: The site is functional and easy enough to navigate if you're familiar with the now standardized WordPress templates... I'm not a huge fan of them myself, but it does the job and keeps the design basic.
Overall: This is definitely a webcomic to take a look at. It's charming and yet somehow a bit vulgar at the same time... it's an odd balance, but fully enjoyable to read. Personally I'm just waiting to see where the plot eventually goes, and how long the creator can keep up her pace of wackyness before it starts to plateau.
